Just a quick reminder regarding the new HAFA program, the program never did offer “full coommissions” for listing other then if the realtor have the listing and the homeowner was than contacted by the lender and offered a short sale through the new HAFA program. even then the offer is administrated though a 3rd party asset management company and they WILL charge a fee ofter 1% or more.
