I am a Agent Short Sale Secrets student, and an Agent Loan Mod Secrets Student at Harris Real Estate University and I think your programs are exceptional. I attended an NAR Short Sale Webinar today, and a Loan Modification Webinar today sponsered by a mortgage company, and they could not compare with the information and instruction of the Harris Real Estate Univ. webinars!
You and all the coaches at HREU have your finger on the pulse of what is happening in the Real Estate Industry, and keep your students informed of the VERY LATEST and pertinent information. We had an office meeting today, and had a mortgage broker at our meeting to discuss the new Obama plans ($8000 tax credit program, and loan modification guidelines). His information was incorrect ~ according to him the debt ratios for refinance under the plan were 48% and 41%, and he also said that the guidelines were not in place or determined yet.
It is scary to think that these so called “industry experts” do not know what they are talking about. It really drives home that HREU prepares their students to KNOW THE FACTS, and truly help the homeowners out there. I feel very secure in my knowledge of Short Sales, and Loan Modifcations because of you and HREU. It is a tremendous value, and I am so grateful for you and Tim, and all that you do for us.
