The lenders have slowed Foreclosures/ SS for another week. March 4th Obama is going to
give the final details on his mod plan. His administration ALREADY said that there WOULD BE
incentive ($$) for the lenders to do SS and Mods. Bottom line, all the lenders who took money from
TARP (basically, all of them) will be forced to do more SS and Mods…and will be paid on the back-end
from the Gov to.
Make sense?

The real problem with doing short sales now is that other than hold for long term, it is difficult to sell with less than 90 day title seasoning (Even conventional is difficult now). Any suggestions?
