Hi Tim & Julie,I just want to thank you for all the information that you have provided me, most of all the inspiration that you & Julie give me.My story:I am the agent that did good on 2009. Started to apply for REO 2010 and didn’t get anywhere. Why? I was winging it and didn’t have an exact plan on how to get REOs and BPOs. In other words I didn’t have a coach so I eventually gave up. I fell back and decided to just be a buyer’s agent for the last 2 years and did a few short sales. To make matters worse in the past 2 years the 2 brokerages that I was associated with went out of business ( Century 21offices. Both failed because they never provided training to the agents) I am now starting over. I have only 5 transaction in my pipeline.
